Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of the order being placed (this does not apply to pre-orders, please see pre orders policy). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation.

 

Our courier's shipping time for UK Mainland is 2-4 working days, International shipping may take up to 10 days to arrive. All of our parcels are sent via tracked service to avoid anything getting lost in transit.

 

We do not accept returns and do not facilitate refunds, however we are happy to exchange items that are sent back to us in the same unused, unwashed and unworn condition as they were sent out. 

 

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to exchange and we will send you the return address, any requests to exchange after the 14 day period has past will unfortunately be void.
